Each Sunday after Mass, volunteers from the parish community meet to count and deposit the monies collected at the weekend Masses.  The Diocese of Rockford provides guidelines, including the number of counters that must be present. In addition, the parish has well established security measures for the collection and handling of all  monies before being deposited at the Savanna-Thomson Bank.
